Samsung Electronics, one of the major manufacturers in the information technology industry, presenting the latest products in their line of optical drives. There are two products introduced in the external DVD writer and BluRay Combo internal drive.

Samsung SE-S084D DVD Writer optical drive size is slim and thin. Coming in seven color options, this product is aimed at netbook users or ultra-portable notebooks that are not equipped with an optical disc drive (ODD) in the sales package.

The next product, BluRay Combo Samsung SH-B123. This drive can read bits and BluRay to 12x speed writing to DVD media up to 16x. Writing to CD media can be done up to 48x speed.

The new external DVD writer designed 20 percent more compact and lighter than 25 percent of DVD writers are generally available in the market. Connectivity AV feature allows these drives directly connected to audio devices including the television or video projector via USB.

To BluRay Combo Drive, Budi claims that artificial Samsung BluRay drive is the fastest drives currently available. Aerodynamic Design With Frame, acoustic noise level can be suppressed. Drive is also known to consume power of about 25 percent lower than other drives.

External DVD writers are released to market in the price range of U.S. $ 69.99, as for removable internal BluRay Combo Drive U.S. $ 120.
